Login Instructions and Nucleus Access

The login fields are in the upper right corner of the site, within the dark blue header. You must be an ISCB member to login. If you are not a member, please JOIN NOW.

By default, the username is set to the email address you used during the registration process. Changing this username is one of the settings that ca be changed within your Profile.  There are two methods to get to the Profile Editor:

1. 1. Click the "MYISCB" tab
   2. Hover your mouse over the "Edit" link to bring up the dropdown
   3. Select "Update your Profile"
      
      
   1. Click on the "Membership Details" tab
   2. Click "Update My Profile" in the left hand menu

Once within the Profile Editor you can set a username by following these steps:

1. Select "User Info"
2. Edit the Username by changing it to a name of your choice
   (username must be at least 3 characters and no spaces are allowed).
3. Click "Update" button

From now on the chosen username must be used for future login processes.

Access to ISCB Nucleus FAQ

1. Are you logged in to Nucleus?
   Double check to make sure you are logged in.  In the upper right hand corner of ISCB Nucleus or the virtual conference platform is a login function.  Click on “Log In” and follow the prompts. 
2. Are you an ISCB member and still struggling to gain access to ISCB Nucleus?
   Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to ensure your access token is activated.  Remember your ISCB password is not configured on ISCB Nucleus unless you set it up within your Nucleus Profile.  You must use the email associated with your ISCB membership.
3. Have you registered for the conference/event?
   Access to the conference specific platform is based on active registration to that conference.  You must use the same email that you used during the registration process.  If you are still experiencing difficulties email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to check your access permissions.
4. Are you not a member of ISCB but interested in accessing ISCB Nucleus?
   We strongly recommend your consideration to join ISCB.  ISCB members get complimentary access to ISCB Nucleus and all of the functions within.  Non-members can still access the content library by registering for access here.

Using the Juno App

1. Download the Juno app from your applications store.
2. Launch the application from your phone.
3. Ask for the magic link using the email address you used for your ISCB membership or ISCB conference registration
4. Open the magic link from your phone and choose "open with Juno app"

After you launch the app for the first time, you can configure your password to be able to log in without receiving a magic link.
